Hit the book- বই পিটানো ?
এ আবার কেমন কথা বইকে কিভাবে মারা যায়?
আসলে বইকে মারা যায় না । :)
Hit the book একটি phrasal verb যার অর্থ হলো লেখাপড়া করা বা Serious ভাবে লেখাপড়া করা।
Hit the book Meaning :
>> to study very hard
>> To start studying
>> To get engaged reading books.
Example :
>> আমার আগামিকাল পরীক্ষা আছে। আমার আজকে রাতে ভাল করে পড়াশোনা করা দরকার = I have an exam tomorrow, I need to hit the book tonight
>> এটাই পড়ালেখার সময় = Its time to hit the book.
>> রাতের খাবার শেষ কর এবং পড়াশোনা শুরু কর = Finish your dinner quickly and hit the box.
>> আমার সত্যই পড়া দরকার = I really need hit the books.
